Smartphones are getting so smart that we rely on them so much for information and being in contact with others. Last year, Americans spent an average of 4 hours on their smartphones daily with that number rising every year (Statista). Yet a majority of companies still don't have mobile friendly websites for their users, which is costing them sales. Todays consumer expect an impeccable user experience and repeat engagement from brands otherwise they will find a new brand to give their business to. If your website isn't mobile optimized and user friendly, you are not only losing sales, Google's algorithm favors mobile friendly pages, and will rank them a lot higher than non-mobile friendly pages. No matter how big your company is, if you aren't optimized for mobile, you won't be showing up in the first page of Google Search results.
