Director of Operations
Nisha keeps the Campaign Creators ship sailing by organizing and streamlining day to day operations. She seeks to ensure Campaign Creators are able to offer the best product at an affordable price point.
Nisha was born into a clan of six kids in Flower Mound, a suburb of Dallas, TX. She attended Texas Women's University in pursuit of a nursing degree, but ended up changing career paths when she became remote, graduating with a degree in General Studies. Chasing a new educational path, she moved to San Diego to open a full service agency, which ended up being right next to, none other than, the Campaign Creators headquarters (a serendipitous coincidence? we like to think not).
Excellent at spotting potential, CEO Bob Afsari poached Nisha from the neighboring agency to help conduct Campaign Creators' growth. This wasn’t Nisha’s first rodeo within the digital marketing world, but she knew she’d have to adapt to a new and challenging ecosystem. As Director of Business Operations, Nisha analyzes production to find ways to fill gaps in efficiency. She manages our clientele budgetary finances, sources talent/vendors, and oversees tech training. It is through best productivity practices, Nisha has helped to modernize not only our business, but all businesses she's touched. She loves working at Campaign Creators because of the people she works with, the growth she's experienced, and the intimacy we've established with our clients.
When she's not wearing the title of cat mom to her fur baby, Luna, she enjoys playing beach volleyball with her fellow co-workers and shredding gnar on the slopes in the wintertime. Her love of country music brings just the right amount of southern charm to the office and if she's not at Stagecoach, you can find her indulging in the San Diego food and cocktail scene. Something surprising people might not know about Nisha is she was internationally ranked as a competitive rock climber. A pretty daring feat and equally ironic since because well, she’s actually scared of heights.
