How Pressed Juicery Unified 3 Sales Motions Into One HubSpot Pipeline
Pressed Juicery sells across three distinct channels: On-Premise/Food Service, Off-Premise/Retail, and Catering/Events. Each channel tracked deals in its own spreadsheet with no shared system of record. Campaign Creators built a single HubSpot Sales Hub Professional pipeline spanning all three channels and modeled the company's real account hierarchy so every deal could be tracked and reported on accurately.

Pressed Juicery started in 2010 as a 25-square-foot juice closet in Los Angeles and now offers over 40 varieties of cold-pressed juice, plant-based milks, smoothies, and wellness shots. The company sells through about 100 company-owned stores and roughly 10,000 wholesale locations, including Albertsons, Costco, Sprouts, Ralphs, Safeway, and Vons. Wholesale now represents the majority of the company’s sales.
That shift puts the weight of the business on three sales channels. On-Premise/Food Service covers restaurants, hotels, airports, healthcare facilities, and similar venues, where corporate approval at the brand level cascades down to individual property-level opportunities. Off-Premise/Retail covers grocery, retail, club, and convenience, where a single national account can carry hundreds of locations beneath it. Catering/Events runs as its own motion. Distributor and broker relationships route deals to market across all three, which means a single deal can involve a corporate decision-maker, a property-level buyer, and a broker in between.

The Challenge
Before working with Campaign Creators, Pressed Juicery ran its three sales motions through disconnected spreadsheet trackers, with no CRM embedded in daily sales work. Each sales motion kept its own forecasting method and its own account structure, with no shared system tying any of them together.
Every deal that moved through one of these spreadsheets without reaching a central system was a deal leadership could not see, forecast against, or report on until someone manually reconciled it. Multiplied across three channels and 40 active deals, that gap compounded into decisions made on outdated or incomplete pipeline information.
Sales Teams and Pipeline Fragmentation
1. No shared system of record.
On-Premise/Food Service, Off-Premise/Retail, and Catering/Events each tracked deals in a separate spreadsheet. This made it impossible to report on total pipeline health from a single source.
2. Inconsistent forecasting formulas.
Different sales leaders used different methods to forecast revenue: one based on weighted probability, another on annualized revenue. This made company-wide forecasting dependent on manual reconciliation between teams.
3. Unmodeled account hierarchies.
On-Premise deals require corporate-level approval that cascades to property-level opportunities, and Off-Premise accounts depend on national parent/child relationships. Without this structure represented in a system, multi-property and multi-location customers could not be tracked or reported on accurately.
4. No CRM embedded in daily work.
Sales activity, contacts, and outreach existed outside any central system. This left priority accounts unmanaged and made it impossible to automate even basic sales processes.
5. No visibility for leadership.
With data spread across separate trackers, leadership could not get on-demand updates on pipeline health. This made every status update dependent on manual check-ins with individual sales leaders.
Pressed Juicery needed one system that could flex across three very different sales motions without forcing every team into the same process. We built the pipeline architecture around that constraint from day one.

Why Pressed Juicery Chose Campaign Creators
Pressed Juicery needed a partner that could unify three distinct sales motions into a single system without forcing every team into an identical process. The engagement required:
-
A single pipeline architecture that could still differentiate reporting by sales channel
-
Account-hierarchy support for corporate-to-property and national account relationships that no existing system modeled
-
A path to bring existing deal data into the new system without disrupting any sales motion mid-migration
-
Training structured around how each team actually works, not a one-size-fits-all session
-
A system the client's own team could administer and extend going forward, with no ongoing developer dependency
The Solution: How Campaign Creators Unified Pressed Juicery's Sales Motions Into One HubSpot Pipeline
Campaign Creators approached the engagement with a single operating principle: solve for three sales motions in one system, with no custom development, and without overloading any one team's existing process. The build proceeded through a sequence of discovery, system design approval, and phased rollout, with room built in for adjustments the client surfaced mid-build.
Three Motions in One Pipeline
The constraint: three sales motions, each with its own process and forecasting method, needed a shared system that preserved the differences between them. Campaign Creators built on HubSpot's standard objects only: Companies, Contacts, Deals, and Products, with no custom objects. A single deal pipeline serves all three sales motions, differentiated by a Channel/Sales Motion property. This standard-objects decision keeps the system administrable by the client's own team going forward, with no developer support required to extend it.
Integration Complexity Held Back
The constraint: Pressed Juicery's tech stack included tools outside HubSpot's core sales functionality, but the client did not want integration complexity added to a first implementation. Campaign Creators scoped and connected Basic-tier integrations only: Slack, the HubSpot Connector for Claude, Microsoft Teams, and individual Outlook email and calendar connections per user. Two additional integrations, Smartsheet Data Sync and Tableau, were scoped and priced during the engagement as separate, add-on projects outside the onboarding scope and were held for a later phase.
40 Deals Re-Staged Into One Stage Structure
The constraint: 40 existing deals lived across three separate spreadsheet trackers, each using different stage terminology. Campaign Creators mapped these deals into the newly designed, unified deal-stage structure as part of the build, re-staging each one according to the new pipeline. This gave every sales motion a consistent, complete starting point in the new system.
Four Properties Serving Three Different Motions
The constraint: the three sales motions needed different data points captured. On-Premise required property-level and corporate-approval tracking, Off-Premise required national account and distributor-routing fields, and Catering required its own process fields, but all three needed to report through the same pipeline. Campaign Creators worked with the client to define custom properties including a Channel/Sales Motion field, a Customer Tier/segmentation field, a Target Launch Date field, and a Route-to-Market/distributor-rep field. Each property was identified by working through what each sales motion actually needed to track on a daily basis.
Each Team Sees Its Own Channel
The constraint: three sales teams needed to work from the same pipeline without each one navigating fields and views built for a different channel. Campaign Creators customized default record layouts, required fields, and filtered views by deal type so each team's view surfaces the information relevant to its own sales motion. Parent/child company relationships route corporate accounts to their associated property-level or location-level records, keeping multi-property customers correctly linked across the hierarchy.
A Required Reason on Every Stage Change
The constraint: the client wanted accountability on deal movement without rigid automation dictating how reps work, which ruled out automated stage-advance rules. Campaign Creators built a required reasoning field that reps must complete when moving a deal between stages, creating an audit trail without an automated rule forcing deals forward. Automation in this build kept data consistent across records; it did not trigger notification workflows. Two concrete examples:
- Channel, Sub-Channel, and Tier property values sync automatically from the Company record to every new Deal created under it, so account-level segmentation does not have to be re-entered manually
- The deal-creation form requires a Target Launch Date field, added after a gap in the original form was caught during user acceptance testing
Training Built Per Team
The constraint: three teams with three different existing processes needed to adopt one new system, each one wanting training that spoke to its own daily work. Campaign Creators delivered seven hours of role-based training, split by sales motion and team, with sessions covering the data model, pipeline, properties, record layout, and adoption best practices specific to each team. A mid-build gap, a sales-seat shortfall of 3 seats against 11 reps needing access, was caught during the Implementation Review and resolved with an add-on purchase before rollout was complete.
The Results
Pressed Juicery now runs all three sales motions through a single HubSpot pipeline, with leadership able to view and report on pipeline health across every channel from one dataset.
- 3 previously separate sales motions consolidated into 1 unified HubSpot pipeline
- 40 existing deals migrated from legacy spreadsheets into the new pipeline
- 11 total sales seats provisioned across all three teams after a mid-build gap was caught and resolved
- 7 hours of role-based training delivered by sales motion, covering data model, pipeline, and reporting specific to each team
- Parent/child company relationships built to represent corporate-to-property and national account hierarchies
- A required reasoning field on every deal-stage change, creating an audit trail with no automated stage advancement blocking reps
- Company-to-deal property syncing for Channel, Sub-Channel, and Tier, so segmentation carries automatically onto new deals
The system was handed off to the client with implementation 90% complete at the formal review, and every documented check-in since has reported the engagement on pace.
Impact: One Data Model Administrable by Pressed Juicery's Own Team
Because the system is built entirely on HubSpot's standard objects, with a defined and documented property set, Pressed Juicery's team administers and extends the system without restructuring the underlying data model or depending on a developer. The Customer Tier/segmentation property lives at the Company level, a decision made after direct discussion with the client, keeping account-level segmentation consistent regardless of how many deals a given account generates. Parent/child company relationships now carry the corporate-to-property and national account structure that no prior system represented, so multi-location customers report correctly without manual reconciliation.
Solve Multi-Channel Pipeline Fragmentation With Campaign Creators
Businesses selling through multiple channels often end up with a separate system, or a separate spreadsheet, for each one. Closing that gap takes more than connecting the channels: it takes a single data model that can represent each channel's real process and account structure without forcing every team into an identical workflow. Campaign Creators builds HubSpot systems that unify multi-channel sales operations on standard objects, so the resulting system stays administrable by the client's own team as the business grows.
