This role sits at the center of our internal marketing engine. You’ll work hands-on with marketing tools, automation platforms, analytics, and project tracking systems to drive Campaign Creators growth.
Position overview
Own the execution layer of Campaign Creators’ internal marketing engine. This role is responsible for organizing, prioritizing, and driving all agency marketing initiatives across content, website, HubSpot, AI agents, and campaigns. The goal is simple: ensure everything we plan actually gets executed, in the right order, at the right quality.
What you’ll own:
Centralized execution across the following areas of agency marketing:
- CRM & HubSpot
- Segmentation, lists, workflows, automation logic
- Data structure, property management, lifecycle alignment
- Reporting support and dashboard consistency
- Portal cleanup, audits, and restructuring
- Email & Automation
- Behavioral workflows and nurture campaigns
- Form logic, triggers, and routing
- Campaign and email builds
- Website & CMS (HubSpot Content Hub)
- Page builds, edits, navigation updates
- Landing page creation and optimization
- Case study and content publishing
- Website updates and lead generation improvements
- SEO / AEO (Search + AI Optimization)
- On-page SEO implementation (metadata, internal linking, structure)
- Supporting AI-driven search visibility initiatives
- Implement SEO optimization per strategy and direction across existing content
- Portal Health & System Management
- Portal cleanup, audits, and ongoing maintenance
- Fixing inconsistencies across data, pages, and assets
- Ensuring everything inside HubSpot is structured and usable
- AI & Emerging Execution
- Support AI agents (blog, SEO, automation)
- Execute outputs from AI workflows (publish, QA, optimize)
- Assist with reporting and performance tracking
What you’ll do:
- Execute tasks across HubSpot, CMS, SEO, and automation with precision
- Build and QA workflows, pages, emails, and segmentation
- Maintain clean, structured, and reliable data inside the CRM
Support ongoing campaign and content execution - Identify issues, inconsistencies, or gaps and fix them proactively
- Work closely with the PM to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on time
- Ensure outputs from AI agents are properly implemented and optimized
- Keep systems organized, scalable, and easy to use
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience in HubSpot (CRM, workflows, CMS)
- Working knowledge of SEO (on-page, structure, content optimization)
- Detail-oriented with a high standard for clean execution
- Comfortable working across data, content, and technical systems
- Able to follow structured processes while identifying improvements
- Experience working remotely in a fast-paced, task-driven environment
