This engagement focuses on how business data should be structured within HubSpot and does not include integration architecture, API strategy, or sync logic between external systems.

  • Discovery & Assessment Call(s) – We’ll discuss your current data structure, existing challenges, and align on your goals with HubSpot. (up to 2 hours allocated)
  • Review of current CRM structure and object relationships
  • Recommendations for how business data should be organized across HubSpot objects and properties
  • Property mapping and consolidation recommendations
  • Recommendations for what data should be retained, merged, archived, or newly created
  • Identification of data risks, dependencies, and future-state considerations
  • System Design Review Call (with 2 rounds of revisions following this presentation)
