Position overview
We’re looking for a HubSpot Integration Analyst to support integration and systems initiatives across the HubSpot ecosystem.
This role combines operational analysis, integration strategy, and technical documentation to help clients optimize how data and processes flow across their systems.
You will work closely with clients, Technical Project Managers, and developers to evaluate business requirements, analyze system behavior, identify opportunities for optimization, and translate operational needs into scalable integration solutions.
This is a client-facing, consultative role focused on helping clients make informed decisions around CRM architecture, automation, reporting, and integrations.
This is not a software engineering role. You will not be writing production code or managing implementation timelines.
Duties and responsibilities
- Analyze HubSpot workflows, CRM structure, and operational data across connected systems
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Lead client discovery conversations to uncover operational challenges and integration requirements
- Provide strategic recommendations around system design, workflow optimization, and integration approaches
- Document integration requirements, data mappings, workflow logic, and technical specifications
- Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation for developers and project teams
- Support integration planning and validate proposed solutions against business needs and system constraints
- Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and developers throughout implementation projects
Experience and qualification requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with HubSpot, CRM systems, RevOps, marketing operations, or systems consulting
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM structure, workflows, automation, reporting, and operational best practices
- Experience supporting integrations, APIs, Zapier, Make, or similar middleware tools
- Ability to analyze operational workflows and recommend scalable process improvements
- Experience leading discovery conversations and translating business needs into technical requirements
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, process maps, and integration specifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in a HubSpot Solutions Partner or agency environment is strongly preferred
