Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a marketing strategist who loves content and is looking for a new challenge to join our team. If you have an intimate understanding of content marketing, brand awareness tactics, and what it means to positively impact brand perception, then this is the role for you!


Position Overview

You are a marketing strategist who loves content and is looking for a new challenge building the brand for a top HubSpot marketing agency. A lot of your work will be content strategy and content creation—our agency’s bread and butter.

From developing powerful strategies to drive brand awareness and conversions, to creating content pieces like guides, blog posts, pillar pages, videos, events, website copy and more—you can do it all. You can develop channel strategies and then execute on them like it’s nobody’s business. Whatever it takes to make Campaign Creators front page news, you’re the person to get it done.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build brand love and create value for our community with an ecosystem of creative content-focused marketing strategies
  • Manage all marketing projects including, but not limited to PR, blog, paid advertising, video, events, email, and more
  • Develop content for and run online and in-person events to further build a loyal brand community
  • Write copy for guides, pillar pages, blog posts, social media and more
  • Work closely with sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns that drive results
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget
  • Report on effectiveness of content marketing initiatives
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
  • Develop strategic partnerships for better brand and campaign reach

Experience and Qualification Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing or related field. Agency experience preferred.
  • Intimate understanding of content marketing and brand awareness tactics and what it means to positively impact brand perception
  • Strong written and communication skills across a variety of channels (you can write a subject line as easily as a 2000+ word ebook) and you have the bylines and portfolio to back it up
  • An understanding of the agency business model and sales cycle
  • Creative thinker and skilled at coming up with new ways to better build brand reputation through content marketing
  • Autonomy is critical—you can both plan and do it all
  • Ability to manage a marketing budget with proficiency
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest inbound and content marketing techniques
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on process development
