Marianne’s love of marketing strategy pushes her to bring structure and direction to her clients.
Marianne was born and raised in Curitiba, the Southern region of Brazil. She began her career in marketing as a Product Analyst for a Brazilian cosmetic company. During her time in Brazil she earned two Bachelors of Science degrees, one in Public Relations and one in Business. And while she loves Brazil, she equally loves traveling. Craving change and wanting to move abroad to a beautiful city, Marianne decided to take a leap and move to San Diego in 2011. She enrolled herself in an extension program at UCSD, which required her to have an internship. You can say she made her way to Business on Market St, which led her to Campaign Creators and the rest is history.
After her internship, Marianne stayed with BMS, taking the role of project coordinator/manager and eventually made her way to becoming a marketing strategist. Strategy is the most intriguing facet of marketing and is what initially got her interested in marketing. Digging into consumer behavior and understanding the analytics behind why people gravitate towards certain products or services has always been fascinating to her.
