Hubspot Sales Specialist

For an Extremely Organized and multi-talented individual interested in both marketing, sales, and client hospitality. The Sales Specialist is responsible for high-quality touches and extreme precision in their day-to-day responsibilities.

Position Overview

The Sales Specialist works within the sales department to follow high quality leads through the sales process and assists into the hand-off to client services.

They play a critical role in delivering a concierge style service to our prospective clients & existing clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead database management
  • Pipeline management
  • Proposal and Contract writing
  • Utilization of online platforms & tools to help close leads
  • Attends meetings with the sales team to meet with prospective clients to take notes and build rapport with leads
  • Communication with leads in the form of calendaring, information gathering, and delivery of sales related items
  • Production of future and current client gifts
  • Management of client onboarding activities such as making & shipping (if needed) new client welcome videos, welcome boxes, and communication of contracted activities
  • Assists in client retention activities such as anniversary gifts and events, ongoing client education, and client check ins
  • Contributes to product development to help improve product offerings to match market needs
  • Process management to qualify leads, sell leads, and onboard new clients
  • Completion of non-strategic tasks assigned by management
  • Investment in personal continued education with the support of the company

Experience and Qualification Requirements

  • 2-3 years of sales or administrative experience (Agency preferred)
  • Completion of the following Hubspot Certifications: Completion of the following Hubspot Certifications: Inbound, Inbound Marketing, Sales Enablement, Developing a Sales Plan, Hubspot Sales Software, Inbound Sales, Hubspot Marketing Software, Selling Sales Services, Delivering Sales Services
  • Intermediate technical aptitude – ability to efficiently use technologies when guidance is provided
  • Fundamental understanding of marketing and sales processes
  • Ability to communicate with leads, clients, contractors, and employees in a professional manner
  • Extremely organized
  • High attention to detail
