You must speak the language of project success and be able to problem-solve technical issues, while providing a kick-ass flow that brings client projects over the finish line. Engineering experience not required.
You are the glue that keeps marketing-related client projects together. You play a critical role in all aspects of Campaign Creators’ success as you help develop, oversee and implement project plans that nurture client relationships and increase project profitability.
That’s no easy feat, and that’s why we’re looking for someone who can walk in the door with a plan. Not only that, you bring a wealth of experience working on Hubspot projects and Lead Nurturing Campaigns, and you’re able to stay agile, stay positive, and of course, keep the trains rolling.
You possess a variety of competencies and are known for strong project management, ability to lead technical teams, and you have exceptional communication skills. You’re also a boss when it comes to multitasking because you’re organized and constantly optimizing your time.
Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to bring visibility into all projects that require support. You’ll enable our production team to focus on their roles while managing prioritization, resourcing, and sequencing of projects.
