As our Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll be the force behind big-picture strategy and day-to-day execution across all of Campaign Creators’ marketing efforts. From shaping our brand voice to leading product launches, managing budgets to mentoring team members—you’ll be at the center of it all. You’ll partner closely with sales, creative, and vendor teams to ensure our marketing machine runs like a dream, while constantly analyzing and optimizing what works (and what doesn’t). If you love keeping all the plates spinning while steering the ship toward ambitious goals, we’d love to have you lead the charge.
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
- Coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Overseeing the company’s marketing budget
- Creation of sales and marketing material in line with marketing plans and product details
- Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
- Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring results
- Overall responsibility for brand and communications management
- Preparing digital and print marketing campaigns
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
- Working closely with interactive designer
- Assisting with new product launches.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives
- Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
- Managing vendors and subcontractors
- Interviewing and vetting supporting resources and vendors
Experience and qualification requirements
- Intimate understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Budget-management skills and proficiency
- Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on process development
