Internal Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate supports the Marketing Manager in implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Campaign Creators internal marketing efforts. They act as a supporting supervisor for Campaign Creators’ Intern Program as well as the lead for event marketing & PR opportunities. The Marketing Associate is also responsible for managing and monitoring Campaign Creators social and video marketing channels while acting as the liaison between team members to help accomplish the goals established by the Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise participants of the marketing intern team
  • Execute Social Media and Content Promotion Strategy including monitoring social media channels and interacting with CC audience
  • Collaborate with design, video, and copywriting team members to create social media content and assets
  • Analyze and report on awareness channels performance weekly and monthly utilizing insight gained from analysis and industry trends to optimize social strategy
  • Serve as event project manager for all CC events (ex. webinars, seminars)
  • Propose and execute events for CC lead generation, lead nurturing and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and leverage partnerships
  • Research, propose and execute strategic PR opportunities for CC (ex. press releases, conferences, speaking opportunities, awards)
  • Internal SEO efforts including blog outlines, optimization of blogs, and website traffic/performance
  • Internal copywriting, blog editing, and newsletter creation
  • Internal video marketing strategy, production and photography
  • Videography and photography services at all Campaign Creators events
  • Organization and maintenance of CC video studio and equipment
  • Technical implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Conduct quality assurance, testing and optimization on marketing automation campaigns
  • Website and general campaign updates as needed
  • Monthly reporting and analytics
  • Maintain required company certifications 
  • Other duties as assigned by Marketing Manager 

Experience and Qualifications Requirements

  • 3-6 months of industry-related experience (internships applicable)
  • Fundamental understanding of inbound marketing tactics and strategies with the ability to complete entry-level, publishable work for 1-2 specialties
  • Basic knowledge of a variety of industry-leading marketing platforms, including, but not limited to, Hubspot 
  • Ability to test all completed work then carry-out feedback and direction provided
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technology and working with a Technologist or Developer to edit web pages or email templates 
  • Extremely organized and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to master technologies when guidance is provided
  • Proficient in all Microsoft products
